Layoffs projected to increase in ‘08 : Career Waymark

Over and over we hear about the tightening of the labor market.  Well, today we've heard more evidence that it won't be in 2008.  A recent survey of 1000+ employers shows that over 30% of them are planning layoffs in 2008.
