Lizzie brings some great points not only of BZ but of the Blogging industry in general especially of the "Make Money" sector. Please visit Lizzie and read the post and comment on what you think of the article an of her point of view.
And Lizzie I do not have time right now with everything going on o find great articles not submitted. So please act accordingly and start submitting all your articles today. Remember because they might not become hot with other Bloggers it does not mean you might not get hundreds of hits from Google using us as a bridge ;) BZ was made with you in mind, to showcase great talent.

I just want to wade in on the "make money" annoyance that she refers to. I agree that there are a lot of repetitive posts on the "make money" niche clogging BZ but keep in mind that a lot of the authors are not the ones zooming their own posts - their readers are. I have only zoomed 1 post of mine and that was the first one to check out the system.
If a lot of "make money" posts are showing up it's possible that there is some interest in it. This wouldn't be that surprising given the background of most BZ users. Remember a post about making money can interest people from all niches whereas a post about growing flowers has a limited readership. This in itself is probably why you see so many make money related topics - the audience is bigger than it is for any other niche.
Nevertheless I don't zoom my posts as I don't think the BZ crowd is my audience - I'm targeting beginners, not people who already know what they are doing. This is my plea for Lizzie's leniency - she is such a great writer that I would fear her wrath!
I know there's a lot of interest in that, and I didn't want to come across as some sort of snob. Some of the posts that irritated (too strong?) me were just repetition without the personality. At the time I wrote that post many people were submitting their own stuff and... well, there's a better explanation in the comments of that post.
I actually have you to thank, Grizz, for bringing me to my senses recently. You really opened my eyes regarding to linking to my post. I like your writing style and realized that I was missing out on some awesome blog neighbors because they were afraid to link to my "bad neighborhood". That's changed now. :)
Fear my wrath? I'm sure a big ol' bear such as yourself would laugh in the face of it.
I feel really bad about the link business and I hope you know that it isn't a slight against you at all. I am sure I am just being overly cautious. With the way you write you can be sure to see links from me in the future.
Btw there was no need to clarify as you don't come off as a snob and you are right about the repetitive posts.
One more Btw... loved how you wrote that post.
