Why are some affiliate networks so picky?

I’ve been a CJ and LinkShare member for years now. Actually, I positively now I have duplicated accounts in both, because I spend quite a lot of time without developing anything with them and when I come back I’ve lost my account details.

I have more recently joined Shareasale and Clickbank, both of them about a year ago. Within the last week and a half I’ve applied to some additional affiliate networks.

Three of them, LinkConnector, Pepperjam and MoreNiche have both happily accepted my application.

However, RevenueLoop, Market Leverage and Clickbooth have declined my application.
