Just walking out of your job without notice and leaving others in a mess, is that really the answer. I'm not sure what the chefs these days are all about, it is becoming a trend to drop tools and go. Why is it so that chefs and other employees take this route? The whole point is that not all chefs even deserve the title 'chef' .
This kind of attitude is very weak and shows the real character of a person. The industry is suffering big time, but it is no wonder when what we train are only second rate....
