Here's a post about The Sprinkle Diet, the newest fad diet to hit the market. It's been making the rounds of the major TV stations and the premise is that by sprinkling some granules on your food that your senses will be heightened and you'll eat less.

Problem is most people who are overweight (like me) eat when they aren't hungry and do not stop when they are full. The Sprinkle Diet also does nothing to promote healthier eating but instead promises that you can eat whatever you want, as much pizza, cookies, and anything else without regard to nutrition, energy level, or health.
