The Right Way to Spread the Wealth

There has been a lot of debate during the recent campaigning about "spreading the wealth". This is often a staple belief for some democrats but on the flip side, it's also one of great controversy and an easy target for some republican opponents. Why? because it borderlines socialism. I believe there is a right way to spread the wealth in America - the entrepreneur.
