This is a great post about everybody owning up to their actions. There is a huge problem with people blaming others in our society. If everyone accepted the responsibility and started looking for solutions quickly, then the "problem headaches" would dissipate faster. Successful people never point fingers at others, even if it is the other party's fault; they accept the blame and move on. It's not always easy to accept the blame because of our pride but resolve now to do it.
