Steve Beshear takes back the Kentucky governor's mansion for Democrats

Steve Beshear has taken back the Governor's mansion for the Democratic party in Kentucky. According to this post, the race wasn't even close, as Steve Beasher won in a 59-41% landslide.

This race was marked with vicious gay-baiting and other forms of negative campaigning that was bad for everyone. I hate to see it resort to this, but hopefully it's over and Gov. Steve Beshear can do a good job in Kentucky.
