Starbucks gets serious about service…finally : Career Waymark

Coffee giant Starbucks has announced all of its 7,100 stores nationwide will close later this month for a few hours as the company tries to boost sagging sales.

Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz says all stores will close Tuesday, February 26th at 5:30 p.m. for three hours to retrain baristas on skills like making the perfect shot or steaming milk. May not be the solution, but it can't hurt.
