Stabbing Spree In Japan

Japan is once again dealing with an act of mass violence. This time Tomohiro Kato injured people with his truck and by then started stabbing anyone he could reach on the Tokyo street. Once something that was not even remotely considered possible for the Japanese is now becoming far too common. Random acts of violence are just not part of the Japanese culture.
