SpanAir Plane Crash in Madrid

Well it happened. Yesterday a SpanAir flight leaving Madrid for Gran Canaria crashed shortly after takeoff killing nearly all aboard. Questions will doubtless be asked as to how this Madrid plane disaster could have happened. The answers may not be to many people's liking but one thing is sure. That budget airline is notorious for cutting costs wherever they can and when you cut costs you have to cut corners. Did they cut one corner too many with this flight?
