Skinny Cow Not Healthy Snack

Another food fad has hit the market. This time Skinny Cow from Nestle sounds like a oxymoron and a promise of 'eat cake and get thin'.
Low fat snacks are hot sellers if they taste good. But taste is easily synthesized or disguised with high levels of salt or sugar.
Just like exercise there's no free lunch when it comes to losing weight or getting slim.
