Picking Your Eggs

Back in my day, we called a tomato a tomato. Now you have to pick what type, if it’s organic or not, and all that stuff. I only realized that the same thing happened to chicken eggs when my wife pointed it out to me on a trip to the supermarket. So, what variations of eggs can you now buy? Does anyone here eat these eggs regularly? Do they taste good? I’d like very much to know.
