Overeating is a big obstacle for many people trying to lose weight. We tend to eat when we are not hungry: when we are bored, anxious, stressed, watching a movie. In this post, I talk about my habit of overeating, and a solution I discovered. Keeping a record of when you crave unhealthy food and how you feel at the time can help you to identify why you eat at times when you are not hungry.
