Well, ask a boxer and they might tell you yes. Of the many gimmick machines that promise quick fitness and a 6 pack set of abs in 2 minutes, the one tool that seems to cost the least, gets overlooked the most, and just may work the best, is a $5 jump rope. It’s a staple in boxers regimens and one hell of a cardio workout. It incorporates speed, hand to eye coordination, rhythm, and endurance. All qualities athlete would strive for. Did I mention the 5 buck thing? Anyway, I been experimenting with jump rope as of late and love it.
