One home in tiny Moscow, Indiana has been destroyed by a tornado and the woman who lived there is in critical condition after being impaled by a tree limb. Officials say four or five other homes have been damaged by the twister that uprooted trees and knocked down power lines. The storm front has prompted the National Weather Service to issue tornado watches today for parts of Indiana, West Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio and the western tip of Maryland
