Marilyn Jo Jenkins, an Arkansas utility company official, and Clinton reportedly had an affair in Little Rock in 1989 with Marilyn Jo Jenkins. State telephone records revealed that Clinton called Marilyn Jo Jenkins dozens of times. Arkansas State Police claim that Clinton visited Marilyn Jo Jenkins home on a regular basis.
