Weight Loss has been a big thing in my life and like most people I find that weight just creeps on so easily and yet it is so hard to get it off. You put in a ton of effort to get that weight off only for it to creep back on again before you know it.

But I have now discovered that weight loss is not about fad diets and quick weight loss ideas but it is a lifestyle change. Making a big lifestyle change can be very difficult however and sticking to a healthy diet is very hard when you are always feeling hungry. For someone who is over weight and use to eating a lot then as soon as you try a healthy diet you are just constantly feeling hungry.
