Samuel Beckett's masterpiece (a drama) 'Waiting for Godot' is valid today as ever, if not more now. The present post is an attempt to dig out the meaning from the host of absurd actions, events and dialogues presented to us in the form of this brilliant drama.
This drama is a part of the tradition of 'The Theatre of the Absurd'. The major exponents of the school were Beckett, Arthur Adamov, Jean Genet.
