I know, I shouldn't complain. I choose to use their service, and therefore agree to their terms and conditions.
But doggone it, WHY do they have to charge me so many fees?
It's not like they're not already making money because I've had my accounts with them since I was sixteen! AND my loans go through them, including my student loans and my car...
Grrrr.
