How to enable comment links on blogger

Blogger/Google has once again out-done themselves. They have apparently taken away the ability of non-blogger users to comment on blogger users blogs and include a linkback url. Actually they haven't they've just made it a painful experience, but this short guide should have you up and running in no time at all. If you're the blog owner that is. If you are the commenter the process is more of a pain to endure but there's a place to go and look for that information as well.
