Ever have that moment your trying to walk a friend through a PC problem across the country, and really wishing you could take control of the situation and just fix it. Then you have to walk them through installing some software and opening ports on the router. This usually ends up, with one of the people very frustrated and the problem not fixed. Now it is possible with CossLoop. This program for windows only is pretty freaking cool.
