This Free Blog Review on OpTempo is for Colloquim, a personal blog with commentary on a wide variety of issues and thoughts. This is one of the better personal blogs I've run across since the writing is excellent as is the site design. The theme of the blog is "An informal meeting for the exchange of views” and, for the most part, that's exactly what it is.
