Attack of the Killer Hornworm

Here's a little change of pace from my photo library, a photo-essay about Manduca sexta or Tobacco Hornworm who ate up my backyard tomato crop a few summers ago. These voracious large caterpillars not only eat tobacco plants but tomato plants in backyard gardens as well. In the article I describe the attack on my innocent tomato plants. I also go over some facts about this large caterpillar and what you can do to prevent them from eating up all your hard gardening work.
