Kissing up to your boss is a must if you want to get ahead . . . yeah, I have hear this before. Truth is that I have NEVER kissed up to a boss and I NEVER got ahead - primarily because I understand the fact that it is impossible to "get ahead" by working for someone else. The only way to be top dog is to work for yourself because, lets face it, by working for someone else you are only helping them achieve their goals and dreams, not yours.
