This question has been the subject of many gym arguments and never has really been answered to my satisfaction until today. The question that has made many exercise wannabe experts stand around debating rather than working out, holding up everyone else waiting patiently for that machine. Is it more beneficial to do cardio before a workout or after? I have speculated this many days and I know I am not alone.
