1. The content is so well-written that the blog scrapers can't resist stealing this priceless stuff, to the extent of taking the risks.

2. The content is so mediocre or trite that anyone could have written it. So, they assume no one will take notice or realize it is a plagiarized work.

3. The content is so badly written that they think no one will even bother to finish reading it . The chances of being caught for content scraping is negligible.
