Until now I haven’t received my RM440 HP Compaq Presario desktop. I stay at home waiting and waiting. They said that ordered will delivery after 14 days working day when payment is made and their logistic company will call and make arrangement for delivery. It is one unit of CHEAP desktop need wait for 14 days just can delivery? May be they too much of order need to follow up. Hehe. But now is 22 days from the date of payment, I didn’t receive any call from logistic company. Really bad services!!

This morning I have been sent e-mail to HP support to request them to follow up my order, I so surprise that HP support reply my e-mail within 15 minutes and say that the logistic company will call me & arrangement my order in next week. No choice, need wait until next week, as I say last time, CHEAP but need WAIT!!
