It seems that the slowing market is making it very difficult for builders to get financing for their day to day operations.
Neumann Homes said in a company press release that they were “unable to procure adequate funding†to run the business. Let's hope that the market turns around in a hurry, because if it doesn't, a lot of builders are going to be in trouble.
