Man Hit by Car And Left In Street like A Dog | Beach Comber Living

78 year old resident of Hartford connecticut man was hit by car and left in the street like a dieing dog. Onlookers watch but did nothing to help. not one person helped Angel Torresa as he laid in the street after being hit by two cars. We should all be ashamed to be Americans when we hear about such inhumane treatment of our fellow citizens. The hartford city counsel responded by saying that the situation had been blown out of proportion.
