Salads can get pretty boring, and this time of year is when we try and grow as much of our salad bowl as we can, right here in our back yard. So we have salad every night with dinner. Even though the garden timing doesn't always go according to plan we have ways to spruce up a salad and give it that extra zing to ease the salad blues. It's quick and easy too!
