The death toll from Typhoon Frank is look set to rise with reports of a large passenger ferry has overturned in rough seas in the southern province. Typhoon Frank aka Typhoon Fengshen is the latest in a string of typhoons which have hit the Philippines this year but this may be the most damaging typhoon yet to hit this year especially if the death toll from the ferry is high as first feared
