A derranged man has run amok in the Akihabara district of Tokyo, Japan with maybe five people already reported killed. Fortunately his weapon was a knife rather than a gun as it probably would have been if he had been resident in the US Japan's tough gun control laws at least means that this type of incident doesn't have the death toll that crazy people can inflict in the land of the free - what was his motivation you may wonder
