Teach Children to Rhyme

One of the ways to help children learn to read is by using nursery rhymes. It helps them learn sounds and builds up their language skills. In this post I share some rhyme activities that you can do with your child such as worksheets, books, online games and off line games. Parents need to take an active role in teaching these skills to their children as it may not be covered in their preschool or kindergarten syllabus. Rhyming is a great teaching tool that should be a part of your child's education.
