Computer savvy kids: good or bad?

I saw a statistic recently that 70% of 4-year-old children have been on a computer. I’m happy they have exposure to the computer at such an early age. On the other hand, there's the feeling that we're letting our kids drift too close to the big black hole known as the computer and internet. It's pull is difficult (if not impossible) to resist.
