Over the past few days, I've witnessed discussions turning into flame wars. There's never any good that comes from personal attacks, especially when the personal attacks are targeting the way people read, write and speak. This is one of the reasons I no longer get involved in discussions at social websites where it's an option. If you haven't noticed what's been going on, you haven't been paying attention.
