How do you feel about your linking strategy? Do you honestly feel that you are being fair with all the other bloggers who link to you, or is there room for improvement?

I know, that my own linking strategy can always do with more improvement. I am guilty by not always linking back to a blogger who has taken the time to mention me in a blog post.

With so many bloggers being worried about linking back because of the whole Google thing and no one really knowing if they should or shouldn't, I think it makes a lot of sense to find new ways to reward people for linking to you.
