Tips For Winning Blog Contests : AdSense Tracker

So, am I to understand the only way to get a post submitted is to write at a description at least three hundred and fifty characters and four sentences long about it? If you don't write a description at least that long you will receive an error message and have to come back and try again? If this is the case it doesn't make any sense. It looks like I need to write at least one more sentence for this thing to let me submit an article. I hope this is something I am misunderstanding because it is deffinately a deal breaker for me.
