The Philippines and Getting Website Traffic from Offline Sources

I've been in contact with two people who control media offline. One of them is an old Filipino friend of mine and he's planning to publish some of my Philippines-related articles in a print newspaper in the United States.

The other person is the celebrity known as Art Bell, a radio personality who went into retirement (at 61 or 62) after his current wife had a child in 2007. He still hosts 15 shows of "Coast to Coast AM" per year and I'm waiting to see if he mentions one of my particular articles, which happens to be on the first page of both the Google and Yahoo search results.

I'm looking for ideas and sources for more offline-driven website traffic.
