It's our fault that bloggers write about the same things

I've written a guest article on Untwisted Vortex exploring why only certain topics attract the attention of the mainstream internet surfer. I don't know the reasons, but I think that popularity is one of the reasons why bloggers continue writing about the same topics over and over again (and sometimes sacrificing quality in the process).

Because once the formula to becoming popular is discovered, it will inevitably be cloned and optimizing for lesser and lesser effort.
